"Am I the only one this keeps..."
Am I the only one this keeps happening to? I ordered reins, and they sent me shampoo instead. Not even close to what I needed, so it was basically useless

I’ve ordered from Stateline Tack a handful of times now, their prices are usually better than what I find at my local tack shop. Some things are a really good deal, especially when they’re on sale, like, really good. Shipping can add up a little, so I do watch that, but overall I feel like I’m getting good value for the money.

"Shopping on the website was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I really wanted to like the site, but it was kind of a hassle to use. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters didn’t always actually narrow things down the way I expected. I kept having to go back and double-check sizes and colors, and at one point I was just like, how is this okay for a basic shopping experience?
Checkout wasn’t a complete disaster, but it definitely felt clunky and more annoying than it needed to be. Nothing was totally broken, but trying to find regular horse tack stuff shouldn’t feel like that much work. I’d probably only use the site again if I couldn’t find what I needed somewhere else.
"Not much to choose from"
I don’t know why, but I expected statelinetack.com to have a better selection than it did. I kept clicking around and so many of the sizes and colors I needed were out of stock, which got frustrating quickly.
Even for basic tack stuff, it felt like there just wasn’t much to pick from. I ended up seeing the same few items over and over, so I gave up and looked somewhere else.

"Return was way more work than it should’ve been"
I’m honestly 100% sure this return process was more annoying than it needed to be. The refund took forever, and I kept having to check for updates like it was my part-time job. Maybe others had a smoother experience, but for me, it absolutely wasn’t worth the stress. I’d definitely think twice before ordering again.

I reached out with a simple question about my order and it took way too long for anyone to get back to me. When they finally did, the response didn’t really answer what I was asking. I don’t expect instant replies, but a basic update or a helpful answer seems reasonable. The whole experience just left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
"Pretty solid overall"
Got it and first thing I noticed was the leather. Feels sturdy, like it’ll actually hold up. Nice texture too. Only thing, I spotted a tiny loose bit in the stitching. Not a huge deal, just there if you look closely. Overall though, I’m happy with it...

"I was really hoping this would fit..."
I was really hoping this would fit, but the sizing was completely off. I ordered my usual size, and this is where it got annoying, it just didn’t sit right or feel comfortable at all. Definitely not what I expected.

"Showed in stock, then suddenly backordered"
I ordered this because the site said it was in stock, but shortly after I got another email saying it was backordered. When I reached out to support, it felt like they just copy-pasted a generic response instead of actually explaining what happened. Frustrating.

"Shipping was ridiculously fast!"
I wasn’t expecting it to show up so soon, but it got here way quicker than I thought. I was genuinely shocked when it arrived, like, did it fly here?!
