"Will not refund for defective item"
We returned a defective saddle months ago and they will not fund the cost. We have called them many times and the same answer they are working on it.

"Excellent experience"
From the moment I started shopping on the site, all the way to the delivery of my package, was a most excellent experience. I will definitely be shopping here again for future equestrian needs. I purchased a few hoof knives this time.

This company should just CLOSE THE DOORS! Wasted hours with costomer service and shipping. Sent Parmak
5 Fence charger. Broken before I opened the box. State Line refused to file claim with UPS...told me to send to Parmak....Parmak says " If u pay shipping, we will look at it." Great...so now I'm out MORE money. We screw both of you, Valley Supply much better company and from now on I'll buy my Fence Chargers from CYCLOPS! (far superior to PARMAK)

“Seems nothing is in stock & they will not cancel orders. Customer service is joke. Warehouse crew must run business as they do whatever they want without answering to anyone. Avoid like the plague!”

Statelinetack charge me for 408usd 2day at 1:20am, they used my creditcard info without authorization. i didnt made any order, and nobody answers
